Buyer visits will be organised and offers presented and negotiated to get the required deal. The help doesn’t stop here, this is where the information for both the buyer and seller is collated and presented to the notaires for the preparation of the first of two legally binding documents, the compromis de vente (CDV) necessary for the sale.
