How Ski Rental Delivery Works in Courchevel
It’s four simple steps, and most of the work is done before you leave home.
Book online before you travel. You’ll pick your village, name your chalet or hotel, and give your arrival date and a two-hour arrival window. Add your first day of skiing and how many days you need.
When you arrive, your equipment is either waiting in your accommodation or prepared and ready for your call. Ask your chalet staff to ring White Storm, or call them yourself.
A technician comes to you, fits your boots and adjusts your skis. Bringing your own boots? They’ll set the bindings to match.
Then go skiing! If something isn’t right during the week, call, text or drop into one of the shops.
At the end of your stay, leave everything where it was fitted. White Storm collects it the evening after your last day on the slopes.
The delivery team works outside normal shop hours and is open until 10pm. So a late transfer doesn’t have to mean a late start the next morning.
Which Courchevel Villages Does White Storm Deliver To?
All of them. You can book delivery to Courchevel 1850, Courchevel 1650, Courchevel 1550, Le Praz and La Tania.

What Equipment Can You Rent?
White Storm has over 1,650 skis to choose from. The brand list includes Atomic, Black Crows, Dynastar, Faction, Head, Rossignol, Salomon and Volkl, plus Burton and Nitro.
Ski packages are named Blue, Red, Black, Diamond and Infinity. There are separate snowboard, junior and kids’ packages, and helmets are available too.
Got your eye on a particular ski? Ask for the model in the additional information box when you book. They’ll do their best to provide it, although it can’t be guaranteed.
Didn’t pack ski clothes? You can rent outerwear as well.

Everything you pre-book is paid for when you confirm. The only thing left to pay in resort is anything you add or buy once you’re there.
Delivery has to be booked at least 24 hours in advance, so don’t leave it until the transfer.
Plans changed? You can cancel completely up to 10 days before your planned arrival. Booked the wrong dates? Email snow@whitestorm.fr and they’ll amend the booking.
Courchevel Ski Rental Delivery Questions
What if my boots hurt or I don’t like my skis?
Any discomfort with your ski boots or not happy with your skis? Then simply have your ski tech visit your chalet or hotel to fix the problem.
Call or text White Storm before 6pm. They’ll make the change that evening or first thing the next morning. You can also pop into one of the shops.
You can swap to a different ski during your stay too. Your technician matches skis, snowboards and boots to your experience and the current conditions.
What happens if my transfer is delayed?
Let White Storm know as soon as you can. They’ll visit later than planned, or early the next morning. Nobody wants to miss ski school!
How do I return my ski hire?
You don’t have to. With delivery, White Storm collects your equipment automatically on the evening after your last day’s skiing.
Want to ski an extra day? Call or email them before 5pm on your last day.
Can I order when I get to Courchevel?
Yes. White Storm takes orders by phone once you’re in resort. The pre-booking discounts are online though, so we’d book before you travel.
